Hibou Wellness: Subscription Sign-up Guide

Hibou Wellness is a twice-daily automated wellness check service.  You have the ability to fully customize and pause your wellness check settings at any time.  Hibou Wellness can be accessed via the Web App, Mobile App or any regular touch-tone telephone.  This article outlines the subscription process when you're looking to register for Hibou Wellness.

Hibou Wellness Subscription Sign-up:

• Begin by visiting app.hellohibou.com/subscribe/welnesschecks.  Currently, you can get your first two months free! For more details click HERE.

• Enter the information of the person you wish to sign up for Hibou Wellness.  This could be a friend, family member, staff member or even yourself.

• Next, select if you're registering for yourself or for someone else.

• If you're paying for yourself simply provide a password and enter your credit card information.  You will not be charged until after the trial period.

• Review the page and select "Confirm" if everything looks good.

• You have now subscribed to Hibou Wellness! An email will be sent to you with further information along with a verification link to confirm your account.

• If you instead selected to pay for someone else you will be required to fill in your own information along with your credit card.  Once again you will not be charged until after your trial period.

• Confirm both yourself and your Hibou Wellness recipients information and select "Confirm"

• You have now registered yourself for Hibou and your Hibou Wellness recipient for Hibou Wellness!  You will both receive emails to verify your email address along with some additional information.
